Delivery times consist of 24-48 hours; You will receive the on-line shipment tracking to monitor the status of the shipment.
Payment methods are :
– Cash on Delivery (only for Italy)
– Bank transfer (you will be emailed order confirmation with all your payment details)
– Credit card through PAYPAL
Once you have placed your order you will receive on e-mail indicated all the summary of your data and confirmation of the same.
Dispatch & Delivery
Delivery times consist of 24-48 hours, the majority of orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt of order. You will receive the on-line shipment tracking to monitor the status of the shipment.
Delivery of the products shall be made to the address that appears on your order form through our courier DHL Express Service or FEDEX.
Delivery of the products to our carrier we will send you a confirmation of shipment by e-mail provided that you have indicated an e-mail address on the order form.

Warranty & Refunds
Prisma Electronics provides products warranty for 24 months (in accordance with the Italian Legislative Decree n. 206 of 2005) and declares that the products are consistent with those described in the present and on-line catalog. Any remarkable defects must be reported by the customer in accordance with Legislative Decree n. 206 of 2005 art. 132.
You have the right to change your mind and cancel your contract within 14 days after you receive, or someone you nominate receives, the products.
- Request of cancellation/return must be sent within 14 days from the date of reception of the goods
- Goods need to be shipped back to Prisma Electronics within 14 days from the request of cancellation/return date
- Credit can only be issued if product is in new condition and in original packaging
- Shipment cost back to Prisma Electronics is on the customer’s account; shipment will be refunded only on orders sent in error or if the item is defective
